Orange City, IA (KICD)– A Le Mars man was seriously injured following a two vehicle crash involving a tractor Friday morning near Orange City.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office tells us 41-year-old Joshua Sievers was southbound on Highway 60 about four miles south of town shortly before ten o’clock when another southbound vehicle reportedly rear-ended the tractor causing to to turn onto its side.

Sievers was ejected from the tractor. He was taken to local hospital and later airlifted to Sioux Falls for further treatment. The second driver, 26-year-old, Jodie Huju of Sioux City, was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash. She was also cited for following too close.
